Welcome to WheelHub. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using WheelHub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
WheelHub is a marketplace for refurbished and pre-owned two-wheelers. We facilitate the sale of quality-checked motorcycles and scooters between sellers and buyers. While we perform thorough inspections, we do not manufacture the vehicles.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All vehicles listed on WheelHub undergo a multi-point inspection process. However, the condition of pre-owned vehicles may vary. We encourage buyers to schedule a test ride and inspect the vehicle before purchase. The inspection report provided is based on the condition at the time of inspection.
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Financing options displayed are indicative and subject to approval by our partner institutions. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Test rides are subject to availability and verification of a valid driving license. Riders must comply with all traffic laws and safety guidelines. WheelHub reserves the right to deny test ride requests at its discretion.
Vehicles come with a limited warranty as specified in the listing. Warranty coverage is detailed in the purchase documentation. Returns are subject to our return policy and must be initiated within the specified period. Wearable parts and consumables are generally not covered under warranty.
We assist with RTO transfer and documentation processes. However, the buyer remains responsible for ensuring all legal requirements are met. Processing times may vary based on local RTO procedures.
WheelHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or purchase of vehicles. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes where required.
